Extensible Ring Main Unit

  
The Falcon Beta 3 extensible SF6 (Sulphur Hexaflouride) ring main unit has been derived from the proven operational experience gained from 1982, with the non-extensible Falcon ring main equipment.

The extensible range comprises the following R3 semi-extensible ring main unit, C3 extensible circuit breaker and S3 extensible switch. Other adaptations / product options are available on request i.e. 2 Circuit Breakers and 2 Isolators in a common tank.

Full mechanical interlocking is provided to ensure correct operational sequence.

All units are fully certified to the relevant IEC standards.
